Our Mission

We exist to honour God by establishing Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries in every nation.

Our Motive

Our motive for all we do, the ultimate goal of our outreach and the invisible force driving our mission is: to honour God.

“Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory forever and ever. Amen”

1 Timothy 1:17 (NIV)

The bottom line is to do everything we do for God’s glory, not the success of the ministry.

We love God and we love people.

Our Message

The Gospel is fundamental for the church. The definition of the gospel according to Dr. Rice Broocks is adopted for the purpose of clear understanding:

“The Gospel is the good news that God became man in Jesus Christ. He lived the life we should have lived and died the death we should have died, in our place. Three days later He rose from the dead, proving that He is the Son of God and offering the gift of salvation and forgiveness of sins for all who repent and believe.”

Our Core Values

We believe that the following Biblical values should become part of the values of every disciple. Having these core values will ensure lasting vision and it defines who we are and how we build.

Lordship – We value Christ in us

Because Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords, we believe that wholehearted submission to God’s will and His Word is the starting point and the foundation of spiritual growth and health.

“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him.”

Colossians 2:6 (NIV)

Evangelism – We value people

Because “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16), we are passionate about preaching the Gospel and doing ministry in a way that engages people outside of the Christian faith.

“For the Son of Man came to seek and save what was lost.”

Luke 19:10 (NIV)

Discipleship – We value maturity in Christ

Because we are called to make disciples, our primary focus is establishing biblical foundations, equipping believers to minister, and empowering disciples to make disciples.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,…and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Matthew 28: 19 (NIV)

Leadership – We value godly influence

Because we are called to establish churches in every nation, we are committed to leadership development. We are intentionally multi-generational and we deliberately create opportunities and platforms for next-generation leaders.

“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.”

2 Timothy 2:2 (NIV)

Family – We value lasting relationships

Because family is the foundation and validation of ministry, we refuse to sacrifice our marriages and our children on the altars of temporal ministry success. And because God has called us to be a church family, we embrace community and reject the concept of disposable relationships.

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Ephesians 4:3 (NIV)

Our Strategy

How do we do it?

“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness…”

Matthew 6:33

Our aim is a God-honouring culture. By culture we mean creating a God-centred environment where people are intentionally grown to a place of maturity and our biblical core values becomes second nature to every disciple, as they desire to honour God and advance His Kingdom. Our threefold strategy is deliberately focused on building and growing a healthy God-honouring culture that will transform the society we live in.

1. We Make Disciples

Our love for God and people motivates us to build intentional relationships with people, who are either compromising with people, who have no relationship with God or live a compromising life. The ultimate aim is to share the Gospel of reconciliation and establish them in Christ. They in turn, from the overflow of their transformation and love for God, are then equipped and empowered to go and live the same way. Reaching the lost is our passion, growing every individual to maturity our priority, and honouring God our reason.

2. We Raise Leaders

Our priority is to raise God-fearing leaders who are servant hearted and Christ-like in character. Leaders who live by godly values and uncompromisingly seek to establish His kingdom in whatever sphere of society they may find themselves.

“great leaders come from disciples”

3. We Plant Churches

The most effective means of evangelism throughout history has been church planting. Church is the primary vehicle for the advancement of God’s kingdom in the earth today. The ultimate goal of our evangelism and missions is to establish new church planting churches that will become stronger, larger and more influential aiming to transform individuals, communities and ultimately, the world.

Our Statement of Faith

1.We believe that the biblical Gospel is God’s enduring message to our world, and we determine to defend, proclaim and embody it.

2.We believe that God is calling the whole Church to take the whole Gospel to the whole world, and so with each generation we resolve to give ourselves to this task with fresh determination in fulfilment of the Great Commission. We long to see all Christians trained for this task.

3.We believe that other religions and ideologies are not alternative paths to God, and that human spirituality, if unredeemed by Christ, does not lead to God but to judgement and damnation, for Christ is the only way.

4.We believe that the Holy Spirit’s witness to Christ is indispensable to evangelism, and that without His supernatural work neither new birth nor new life is possible.

5.We believe that the gifts of the Spirit are distributed to all God’s people, and that the partnership of men and women in evangelism and ministry must be welcomed for the common good.

6.We believe that spiritual warfare demands spiritual weapons, and that we must both preach the Word in the power of the Spirit and pray constantly in order that we may enter into Christ’s victory over the principalities and powers of evil.

7.We believe that we must turn outward to our local community in evangelistic witness and in compassionate service.

8.We believe that our proclamation of the Gospel must be exemplified in a life of holiness and love, otherwise our testimony loses credibility.

9.We believe we must demonstrate God’s love visibly by caring for those who are deprived of justice, dignity, food and shelter.

10.We believe that the proclamation of God’s Kingdom of justice and peace demands the denunciation of all injustice and oppression, both personal and structural, and we will not shrink from this prophetic witness.

11.We believe that we who claim to be members of the Body of Christ must transcend within our fellowship the barriers of race, gender and class.

12.We believe that it is our duty to study the society in which we live in order to understand its structures, values and needs, and to develop appropriate strategies for evangelism, missions and prophetic witness.

13.We believe that there is an urgent need for us to engage in evangelism and social action in co-operation with other churches, mission agencies and Christian organisations, and we repudiate competition.

14.We affirm our solidarity with those who suffer for the Gospel, and will seek both to prepare ourselves for the same possibility, and to work for religious and political freedom everywhere.
